I have never been one of those people who is overly concerned about doing everything perfectly, but a few years ago I realized that I had a real anger issue. It just seemed like no matter what I did I was struggling with inner rage, so I started thinking about ways to overcome the issue. I began working with a professional counselor to learn different self help strategies, and it really helped a ton. Within a few short months, I could feel the frustration subsiding.
